An Excellent Opportunity exists to join our Ray White Auburn Office as a Receptionist.
A snap shot of some of the day to day duties include:
General Office Administration Duties
Supporting the Property Management/Sales Departments
Answering and Directing Calls
Open/Closing Office
Greeting all visitors and ensuring all enquiries are addressed
Advertising(managing online ads, window ads, mail-outs and enquiries)
Conversing with clients, tenants and tradespeople in a professional and friendly manner
Arranging keys for Open for Inspections
Ordering office supplies and tidying the office
To be successful in this role, you will have the following credentials:
Proven track record.
Articulate and confident presentation as well as superior customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy working "hands on" in a team environment
Honest, reliable, ethical and a desire to help people
Self motivation
