Brand Manager

Working within our Specialised Nutrition business managing a diverse portfolio in the Early Life Nutrition space, this is a unique role for a Brand Manager to take ownership of projects and work cross functionally to achieve desired business outcomes. From brand planning, through to digital marketing and NPD, this is a varied role that will require strong planning, execution and communication skills partnered with a resilient nature to work in an agile way in an innovative business.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Brand Development – responsible for the annual brand planning cycle including the creation of marketing calendars and looking at our brand positioning to optimize opportunity using strong targeting and segmentation strategies.
Communication – develop meaningful relationships with internal stakeholders cross functionally as well as establishing strong partnerships with external agencies, building efficient communication plans.
Project Management – working on and often leading both operational and innovation projects demonstrating the ability to adapt to business needs in an innovative environment.
NPD – using your brand plans and in alignment with Scientific, R&D and Consumer teams, work on NPD launches as well as packaging development.
Reporting – conduct monthly performance reporting for the brands including competitor tracking as well as operational reporting around P&L/costs.

As an experienced brand manager, you will be able to develop strong working relationships both with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies. You will work in a considered manner with excellent planning capabilities, being accountable for the role you play in the business strategy.
Ideally you will have:
5 years brand management experience with a minimum of 1 year working at Brand Manager level.
Demonstrable experience working within the FMCG industry.
Marketing or business-related degree qualification is preferred.
Previous experience leading projects from idea through to execution.
Digital advertising experience is beneficial with an understanding of different digital platforms.
High attention to detail.
Strong communication and relationship building skills essential.
