GrainCorp Grower Services team is pivotal in connecting more than 10,000 grain growers with local and international markets. The Grower Experience Representative will play an important customer service role. As the first point of contact for our 1800 Grower Hotline, you will manage all grower enquiries and requests, while working across inventory, contract and CRM systems to provide the highest level of customer service.

Primary accountabilities will include:

Develop and maintain relationships with growers, to promote GrainCorp, our products/service offerings and process their requirements in a timely and accurate manner
Assist growers across the region with any supply chain or operations issues / questions, and provide support to the Operations team in this key area of grower engagement
Assist the Grower Services manager and marketer team to develop, deliver and execute grower programs to improve GrainCorp’s Market Share
Provide support to the Marketer teams in all aspects of grower contract management (Del Silo, Ex-Farm and Delivered), warehouse agreement coordination, grower returns
To procure grain from growers on behalf of GrainCorp to support both the GrainCorp and Ex-farm supply chains
Provide relevant, concise and timely information to stakeholders as required, for example: competitor pricing and activity, grower selling behaviour, crop conditions, market intelligence etc
Assist with the planning and promotion of GrainCorp grower meetings and industry events


Due to the nature of this role we require the successful individual to have an ability to work longer hours and weekends to meet seasonal requirements. There will also be a requirement to travel to deliver training which can change depending on seasonal variabilities. About your experience
Our ideal candidate will have experience in the grains / agricultural industry with proven experience delivering commercial administrative, inventory or accounts management. Other qualities and experience for a successful applicant include;

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Demonstrated ability in providing a high level of customer service
Advanced computing skills – Excel, Word, Access
Demonstrated high numeracy and analytical skills
