Job Description
On behalf of one Australia's leading retailers, together we are seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to focus on their national portfolio of diversified assets. This is an initial 6 month contract with an opportunity to extend.

As the Lease Administrator it will be your responsibility to review and approve all lease documentation ensuring compliance with policies, ensure accurate and timely drafts, provide negotiation of all leases and all liaison with legal advisors accordingly. Working as part of the Property business and with a team of Lease Administrators you will report into the National Property Manager, however you will work closely with the leasing and legal teams.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 + years within lease administration and must be able to demonstrate that you are comfortable within negotiation. You must be passionate about property, be a quick learner, diligent and have excellent attention to detail.

Experience in Maintaining document files and accurate lease data on all systems, including SAP / MNIS is a must.
