You will be one of the first point of contacts for face-to-face/phone/email enquiries for the business. You will be responsible for providing administrative support for all day to day office requirements as well as answering any customer enquiries. You will be adaptable to difficult situations and have strong communication, customer service and time management skills. This Full Time, Monday to Friday role is key to our operation and would suit a friendly, positive, and motivated individual who has an interest in developing their career within the transport industry. The Job:
Effectively assist with customer enquiries via phone and email, including meeting and greeting customers when required
Liaising with Followmont branches across QLD and NSW as well internal team members
Use integrated computer systems to track, gather information and / or troubleshoot customer issues
Record customer interactions, details of inquiries and actions taken
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Build sustainable relationships and trust with internal and external customers through open and interactive communications
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer queries, provide appropriate actions as per procedure and follow up to ensure resolution
Ability to Multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Proven experience in a fast-paced Customer Service based role for a minimum of 2 years, experience within the transport industry is also highly regarded
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
A passion for going the extra mile to provide high level service to all of our customers
Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base in a professional, prompt and timely manner
A strong level of empathy, resilience and capability for effective time management in organising and prioritising workloads
