Job title - Marketing Campaign Coordinator
Job Description
In line with Tourism NT’s marketing and communications strategy, coordinate marketing campaigns

to maximise awareness and conversion for the Northern Territory (NT) as a leisure travel destination.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate designated projects according to the annual marketing communications plan.

2. Coordinate service agencies e.g. advertising, media and supporting suppliers.

3. Assist with buying media, coordinate creative executions and production schedules, budgets and invoicing.

4. Liaise across various internal teams to ensure consistency of brand message and integration of campaign activity.

5. Understand and utilise research in order to construct targeted and effective campaigns.

6. Apply and analyse appropriate campaign success measures for future work.

7. Champion the brand to internal and external stakeholders ensuring that all marketing and communication activity is

amplifying the Tourism NT brand while delivering against the organisation’s strategic and operational priorities.

8. Support the Manager Consumer Communications as required.

Selection Criteria

Essential:
1. Demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of branding and marketing principles and theory.

2. Proven experience in developing, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and budgets, with the ability to

effectively plan, implement and monitor projects to achieve desired outcomes.

3. Demonstrated working knowledge of photographic, video, print, digital and broadcast production processes.

4. Experience coordinating and overseeing the work of external marketing and creative agencies.

5. Well-developed relationship management skills with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with clients,

team members and stakeholders.

6. Demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads and confidently work with limited supervision, using sound judgement,

initiative and lateral thinking.

7. Proven high standard of written and verbal communication skills and good attention to detail.

8. Strong interpersonal skills, conducive to maintaining open and effective relationships with people at all levels in the

public and private sectors.

Desirable:
1. Understanding of the Northern Territory tourism industry.

2. Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications and/or related discipline.
