Position details

Full time maximum term position up to 12 months
Salary commensurate with experience, range: $68,339 – $88,435 (pro rata) plus superannuation

About the role
In this role you will provide casework, advocacy and advice services for legally aided clients, primarily in family law, child protection and intervention order matters.

You will participate in community legal education and other projects as required, and take part in the development of strategies to improve client service in the region.

About you
You are a dedicated Lawyer with a strong interest in regional practice and the desire to make a difference in the Barwon region. You have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the practice of family law, and employ this along with your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advocate on behalf of clients.

Your ability to work collaboratively and foster a supportive team environment will be essential to your success in this role and see you become a valuable member of the Geelong team.
