The Role
Due to an exciting growth period in our national team, we are now seeking a 3 – 5+ year PAE Wills and Estates Lawyer to join the highly regarded Estates team in Sydney office . In this role you will report to a Partner as well as work alongside a great team of Lawyers and support staff. The nature of the work in this role is focuses on all aspects of succession planning, estate administration and estate and trust litigation. You will work with high-net worth individuals, accountants, financial advisers and other legal firms and their clients.
The successful candidate will ideally be a 3 – 5+ years PAE lawyer preferably employed in a mid to large commercial firm. You will have solid estate planning experience, enjoy a challenge and be confident building strong relationships with clients and team members.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about building their career in the Wills and Estates area, and will be provided with ongoing development opportunities and exposure to great client work. The candidate must be able to work well both autonomously and as a part of our close-knit team.
