Job Description

As our new Website Content Author, you will support the implementation of Swinburne’s new Adobe Experience Manager Content Management System (CMS). This will include authoring new website pages along with maintaining existing pages. In doing so, the role will leverage a significant body of recently completed user experience research accompanied by new content and SEO strategies to incorporate into the authoring of the reimagined Swinburne website.

You will be responsible for maintaining the Swinburne Website using multiple CMS platforms with a focus on the AEM platform. This includes authoring the content for the new Swinburne website pages such as campaign microsites, leveraging existing AEM components, adding content developed by copyrighters, managing workflows and approvals for pages as well as creating page templates to increase authoring efficiency. Reporting to the Business Lead/Product Owner, a key part of this role is ensuring consistency and process efficiency across all new website pages.

About you

To be successful in the role, you will have:

A degree in marketing, design, IT or related fields with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Demonstrated experience working in Adobe Experience Manager
Experience with User Centred Design and translating business goals into meaningful website experiences A full list of the selection criteria is available within the position description
