A contract administrator or project coordinator who wants to direct their skills to more of a client-side type of delivery
You may be established in these roles but are open to people "stepping up" into them if you are looking for a chance to move up in your career.
Someone who is driven to grow professionally as this role will see the successful applicant move into a management role eventually ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinating the delivery of stores to meet deadlines
Management of the Head Contractor or Shopfitter
Respond to RFI's
Variation Management
Support the Director in Procurement
General Project Coordination ABOUT YOUR ATTRIBUTES:

Relevant fit out experience within Australia
Degree or Diploma Qualified in Construction
We will also consider a trade background with appropriate time in the Estimating hot seat
Strong Communication Skills - both Written and Verbal
Computer proficiency
