Brand and Marketing specialist needed to start on a 12 month contract

Working for high profile government agency About Our Client
An exciting opportunity to work for a well-known government agency has become available. This role will provide you the opportunity to work alongside a creative and experienced marketing team. Alongside managing internal stakeholder relations you will also be required to build, maintain and manage relationships with external agencies, stakeholders and suppliers.
You will be responsible in supporting the team and providing high level advice and direction to senior staff on how the brand and range of programs can be communicated to best effect. From time to time the position will also require you to lead and manage the development of advertising across all paid media. Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and delivery of end-to-end marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms
Provide ongoing marketing support, social media planning and online content creation.
Liaising, network and provide high levels of advice to a wide range of stakeholders including internal departments, external agencies, suppliers and partner organisations to develop and implement marketing initiatives and/or collateral.
Evaluate and present findings on all major marketing campaigns and their key outcomes through campaign metrics and ongoing management of brand tracking studies.
Manage the relationship with external partners to ensure effective and efficient delivery on all brand and advertising matters.
Work collaboratively with other units within marketing and the external relations department.
Comply with quality assurance policies and procedures, and other relevant legislative and policy requirements that are applicable to the educational sector. The Successful Applicant
To be considered for the role you must have strong marketing experience within Government or NFP, you will be an articulate and self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills. You will be required to work in a fast paced and sometimes pressurised environment, so you must be focused and unflappable. The role does require specialist knowledge and experience in marketing and advertising, so someone who has worked on multiple high-profile projects and campaigns would be favourable.
Required interpersonal skills:
Well-developed interpersonal and written oral communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority.
Ability to work co-operatively, to accomplish joint tasks and build positive working relationships.
Ability to work independently.
Effective client management skills, including the application of initiative and problem solving skills.
