Selective Tours is a boutique tour operator, only 5-minute walk from Gordon Station. We specialize in tailor-made holidays and school trips to Asia. Look for part-time /full-time Travel Coordinators.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Liaise with suppliers to secure all travel elements and ensure hassle-free travel experiences for the clients.
Process travel bookings, arrange travel insurance and invoicing.
Use various tools to search and book flights
Communicate with clients on booking progress, changes and updates.
You need:
Great time management skill
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
Fully competence in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Great attention to details
Study Tourism/Event management would be highly regarded
Sabre experience is desirable
Personal travel experience and Asian destination knowledge are desirable
Mandarin speaker is desirable
