As a critical part of the Supply Chain, Distribution and Manufacturing Leadership Team, you will provide strategic direction, leadership coaching and deliver innovative people programs in an environment where the investment in our people is considered vital for our success.

Working within a Supply Chain, Distribution and Manufacturing Leadership Team and primarily supporting the Vice President, you will also be part of a dynamic and progressive HR community in the Pacific Zone. Your colleagues are a friendly, supportive and fun national community of Human Resource Business Leaders and Specialists focused on delivering best practice and innovative solutions.

Your mission in this role:
• Provide strategic direction and coaching for the Supply Chain Leadership Team;

Coach, support and develop leaders by building trusted business partnerships and relationships;
Be a key member and thought contributor of a HR Think Tank;
Be a digital disruptor – think differently and drive digitisation in people programs & systems;
Deliver a demanding HR strategic agenda including performance and talent management, recruitment and leadership coaching;
Ideate and drive HR and OD initiatives and HR Strategies that enhance employee engagement;
Plan and drive enterprise transformation and change management programs.

You also possess the following kudos:
• Extensive experience in a progressive HR business leadership role working in complex supply chain organizations;

Ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders to achieve strategic and commercially astute outcomes;
The ability to proactively identify opportunities to improve organisational performance and make data-driven recommendations based on sound insight and analysis;
Proven ability to manage change and bring people through the change curve;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to engage and build networks;
A passion for working with people to get the best outcomes.
