Renowned for its experimental construction combined with traditional tailoring, this brand pioneered a modern identity for International Fashion and Accessories. We are seeking a highly experienced and capable temp Receptionist to join their team and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Meeting and greeting visitors
Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms and communal areas
Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
Providing ad hoc administration support to various teams
Assisting staff with their domestic and international travel bookings
Office event budget management and reporting
Supporting office renovations, set allocations and repairs
Raising POs and monthly tax invoices What you will bring to the role:
5 years previous experience working on a corporate reception desk
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills
