Job Description

Work with a large consulting firm High Level Stakeholder Engagement Permanent role The Onshore TA Lead will support the volume recruitment for their client and ensure that the team provides high quality recruitment consulting services to the hiring managers for both vacant and potential hires across the business, as well as meets the agreed key performance indicators. He/She will be responsible for all tactical recruitment priorities for Volume including; management of key business and HR relationships, working with the Talent Acquisition Manager on workforce planning as well as being the key touch point between the business and offshore recruitment. The Onshore TA Lead will be a subject matter expert with regards to the external market for volume. Key responsibilities of the role include: Proactive consultative stakeholder management Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with execution of strategic cost effective sourcing techniques Management of third party recruitment partners Influencing and negotiation for role opportunities and salary requirements Search based recruitment methodology Research, market mapping and pipelining of senior roles for the volume recruitment requirements Work force planning for the creation of functional pipelines Facilitation and coordination of all volume assessment events Manage and deliver the recruitment requirements for the clients Graduate and Cadet Programs The successful candidate should have: 8+ years' experience in managing volume based recruitment process in ANZ region Experience with assessment centers Telecom or Retail volume hiring experience is required Proven team management skills Proficient in MS Office (intermediate-level or above Excel skills are required). Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written. Exceptional attention to detail, advanced organization and time management skills Flexibility with the desire to meet challenges in a growth environment Previous experience in shared services, RPO environment is preferred If you have the required experience, we welcome your confidential enquiry.
