The Client
Our client is extremely prominent in the Northern Territory with a strong presence and over 22 staff in the group. A new opportunity has arisen to work closely with the Director(s) to position themselves for growth and development as the market improves, grow their team and drive the business forward.

The Role
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

Recruitment, on-boarding & training new staff within the residential PM team
Overseeing compliance regulations
Mentoring & motivating the team
Assisting to grow the sales team (option to sell yourself)
Assisting to grow the property portfolio
Running a full P&L and managing budgets The Criteria

Current NT Real Estate Licence or state equivalent
Strong decision making skills & problem solving
Experience within the real estate sector in a management position
Previous experience within property management advantageous
IT savvy with real estate technology
Desire to consistently grow & develop your team
